Terror Grenade

This brightly colored device releases a terrifying display of images and sounds upon impact. Each creature in the area must succeed at a Will save or become frightened for 1d4 rounds. If a creature fails the check by 5 or more, they are instead panicked for 1 round. This effect has the emotion, fear, and mind-affecting traits.
